fightersweep
Hi All; I've got the 1/24 Airfix Harrier GR.3 and Flightpath set currently on the workbench. I'm looking for recommendations for a good book or website that has detailed walkaround photos. I've tried Googling, but even though there is some useful stuff out there, there is also a lot missing. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Regards; Steve
Giorgio N
The old Aeroguide volume is still a good reference today. Having been OOP for many years, you'll have to search for a preowned copy but finding one shouldn't be too hard
Phone Phixer
The walkaround section of BM has a few pictures of the GR3 at Hendon. https://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/70835-hawker-siddeley-harrier-single-seater/
fightersweep
Thanks for the replies! The BM walk around is just what I was after! Thanks for the link (talk about the answer being right under my nose!!) Certainly re-enforces the notion that the rivets have to go on that big Airfix Harrier! Thanks again! It's time to get to work on the beast! Regards; Steve
71chally
The AirDoc ADP014 British Harriers book is very good for in service shots and walkaround bits.
