  2. Hi Folks, Anybody got any Pictures of a TIALD (Thermal Imaging Airborne Laser Designator) Pod.Been Trawling the Net and looking through my refs & can only find very blurry or vague pics. Thanks in advance Rich
  3. Hi all, Decided to join the party, got the Airfix 1/48 Jag. I'll mostly be building this one... Love XZ112 in its 54(F) Sqn Retirement Scheme. Got all the usual goodies to go with it. Paragon Flaps, wheels and Burner cans sets. Flightpaths weapons Stores & Neomega's Cockpit set of course. Incidentally anyone know where i can get hold of a boarding ladder? Got the Model Alliance 2005 Special Schemes Pt.1 decal sheet to dress it up. Not got that far at the mo, just the cockpit and wheel well being worked on so far. Took a while to convert the display panel to a reasonable GR.3A standard, although nearly went blind in the process. Still a bit of tweaking to do on the seat. Must thank Mike for the wheel well, I'll be watching your build very closely! Thats all for now folks. Cheers Rich
  4. Truely amazing model of an outstanding Aircraft...
  5. Doc. Cant wait to see this one finished.
  6. Thats Lurvely Greg, good job, always loved the TF-104.
  7. Thanks Bill, will post some more of my builds soon... i promise, busy decorating at the mo so will post them when I'm not up to my eyeballs in Matt Emulsion. Incidently the wheels are from the Heritage Aviation detail set, although still not sure if they are the correct ones.
  8. Thanks chaps for all your comments. Funny how you never think your own work is up to scratch and others think its the DB's. Becky the Cranberry start life as a Airfix B.2, got it off ebay for about a tenner i think. Added the airwaves Conversion set to bring it up to a T.17A, hope this helps. Cheers Rich
  9. Stunning work! always loved the Mudhen. If only somebody did an accurate 1/72 F-15E
  10. Very Nice, one of the nicest i've seen. Always loved the curvey lines of the bucc. My CMR brick has just been bumped up a few places in my 'to do' pile.

  14. Thought I'd show you lot some of my recent builds, all are 1/72. You'll have to excuse the poor pic quality as i'm still getting to grips with this taking pictures of tiny things lark. First up is Hasegawa's Tornado F.3 with Airwaves wings and seats from...(thinking pause) cant remember. Airfix Canberra B.2, rescribed and a Airwaves T.17A nose and Heritage Aviation Flaps. Fujimi MiG-21 with Eduard EM set and Neomega Bang Seat. Revell Hunter OOB except for scratch built tail to represent FGA.9 Hasegawa F-4J with Verlinden Update and Yellowhammer Decals. And finally fujimi A-4F OOB with Superscale Aggressor Decals. All comments welcome. Cheers Rich
