  1. Thanks Chris, Trying to get as much prepped as possible, so it can get painted before I go back to work on Thursday. If I was trying to be humourous I would refer you Track Three Side 3 of Dirty Deeds or Track 1 Side 2 if you have the Australian version but I would never be so obvious in a family forum. Cheers, Alistair
  2. Me too but it supposed to be easier on the eyes. Can't see it myself. Thanks Chris, The Quinta stuff makes even me look half decent. Thanks very much. I do indeed have one of their books lying around. Today was spent getting more brass bent along with some sub-assemblies in prep for some paint tomorrow. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair
  3. None needed. Remember I work on the Railways. Skin like a rhino. Cheers, Alistair
  4. Lots of foutery stuff always slows things down. Nice progress and Lasagne. Mmmm. Bolognese here and the ragu has been cooking for a couple of hours now ans tastes good. Cheers, Alistair

  6. Another absolute stunner of a build. Everything about this one looks perfect from the build to the paintwork and the finish. A pleasure to see this coming together, but the final reveal Cheers, Alistair
  7. The rain stopped for a bit and I managed to get some paint down. Then some glue and decals. The IP is still a loose fit and there are one or two other things to be done to the cockpit before it gets dirtied up a little. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair
  8. Nice to see you back and I hope that you can get the help needed to be truly on the mend. Really nice to see the herc back on the go and am looking forward to more. Cheers, Alistair
  9. Welcome aboard. Thanks Simon, You could be right it was sunny for at least three hours yesterday. Cheers, Alistair
  10. I got started, cut some plastic, wielded some glue and bent some brass bits. I was going to get some paint laid down but the weather is on the foul side. I may get more done later if it clears up. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair

  19. We got back from a lot of queueing for RSD at two shops earlier on and whilst listening to Thin Lizzy at the Hammersmith Odeon Nov. 16 1976 I got on with the last few bits. That should do it. RFI Here. Next Up WIP Here. Hope to see some of you over there. Cheers, Alistair
  20. This arrived from Airfix recently along with three other parcels and I fancied getting on with it. It also gives me the chance to throw some PRU Blue around the place. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair
  21. I got this one as part of my Birthday present last year along with a Bunny Club Membership. Of course this one had to be an FAA subject. The colours should probably be the equivalent ones but I don't have them so standard TSS it was and to be honest I really don't care. Whilst not as great a kit as their Zero this is still a fantastic kit which didn't give me too many issues other than the usual self inflicted ones. Primed with Mr. Surfacer 1200 Grey. Painted with. Colourcoats Interior Green, Sky S Type, Insignia Red, Dark Slate Grey and Extra Dark Sea Grey. Tamiya Nato Black, Rubber Black, Flat White, Clear Red, Clear Green, Clear Blue and Clear Orange Xtreme Metals Aluminium. Weathered with a Flory Dark Dirt Wash and Daler Rowney and Abteilung Oils. ## As always my grateful thanks for everyone who took the time to look, react and comment on this build. Without your support I wouldn't have got this far. Thanks for looking, Cheers, Alistair
