1/72? Hughes 500 - which maker is this?

Hi All, my brother recently acquired this multimedia kit of a Hughes 500, it looks to be 1/72 scale, has anyone any idea who made it and roughly when?

I had heard a rumour that the Scale Cast kits had actually gone into production all those years ago but I've never seen one till now. Apparently they had an MD500E and MD520N in their range as well. Thanks for posting the photo.
