coolhand
I guys I was wondering if anyone could suggest a Revell colour suitable for the exterior green of Russian WWII tanks. I know in real life the shade of this colour varied a lot, so I'm just looking for a base colour to weather. I'm looking for a Revell option because, as a brush painter, I find their aqua range easy to use and my LSM stocks it. I would be interested to know if there is a Humbrol option too. Stew Dapple
Hi Andy, I don't know how accurate a match it is but Revell recommend no.48 Sea Green for their re-pop of the Matchbox T34. HTH, Cheers, Stew
Andy Moore
As you say, it varied a lot, so an exact match probably isn't critical. As Stew mentioned above, you could use Sea Green or you could try 65 Bronze Green. It's a little more yellowy so maybe more suitable for 4BO green Andy
