Hannants do a raf black 1/48 serial number sheet if you search their site for 1/48 raf it should show

If you can find it, Ventura do a very good sheet. Hannants don't seem to have in stock at the mo but I think ref no must be V4851. For a very reasonable price (£3.60) you get a lot of numbers and a good range of styles eg rounded and angular. Here's what its equivalent in white looks like:

They're thin and adhere well.

I'm not saying all this just to tease: worth keeping an eye open for at shows - and maybe Hannants will restock.
