Farmer matt Posted August 21, 2023 Posted August 21, 2023 These were real crowd-pleasers at the local cruise on Saturday evening. Must have cost them a fortune in diesel, but great fun. Matt 15

Farmer matt Posted August 21, 2023 Author Posted August 21, 2023 If Mrs F had her way, I think she would be quite happy showing up at Sainsburys in that, just to put the wind up the Disco brigade. Matt 1

Matt I love how a majority of people won't know that the first truck is a biederman, which is the only restored one in the world and was restored by my dad who is driving 2

It was originally used for training and was later sent to BATUS to be used. Edited August 4 by John gillman 1

Matt We are taking them back out this year for the cruise so be ready for pictures, and no it doesn't cost much in diesel as the tank is petrol and the others don't use much diesel. 1
Farmer matt Posted August 4 Author Posted August 4 Fortnights time,(17th), looking forward to another great event. @John gillman great to have the owners see the pics, and guilty as charged at not knowing the Biederman. My only concern is that last year's event was probably borderline as to what the authorities will regard as acceptable chaos at times, and if this year is any bigger there may be problems. After I had taken the pics on the roundabout I was approached by a lady with small kids in a pushchair. 'When are the tanks going to come back past?' They were so excited. Matt
John gillman Posted August 18 Posted August 18 Unfortunately the tank lost right hand steering so we had to be towed 😔 But it was amazing how many vehicles were there 1
Farmer matt Posted August 18 Author Posted August 18 I wondered what the problem was, hope it is back in action soon. Matt
