  1. Amazing work. Very impressive stuff.
  2. Very nice, the photos dont do the size any justice. Love the rigging, what material do you use? Are the wooden decks included in the Tamiya kit?
  3. Love the rigging, how did you do it?
  4. I brought a couple of Berna clamps after seeing them used in Tamiya magazine, didnt expect them to be much use but Wow these things work so well!! Give them a try, I wish I`d found them years ago!!
  5. Didnt know what subject to put this under. A couple of years ago I fancied building a 1 350 scale WW2 Battle Ship so brought a Tamiya KGV, very nice. Then I brought a few more, and more. Now have 15 in my stash but so far have even started one, I think I may have a kit buying issue.............
  6. Lovely model. F1 cars are very difficult to build but you have nailed it, as they say.
  7. Thanks Mr Knight, thats just the answer I was looking for. I will give it a go.
  8. The photo etch is from the Tamiya 1\350 Yukikaze.
  9. Whats preprinted photo etch??
  10. Very nice indeed.
  11. Hi folks, I`m new to using photo etch parts and have come across a major problem. I brought a nice folder from Paul @ little cars which works great, but have found that after i have folded small parts a simple touch will break the fold and I`m left with 2 parts. So is there a way to fold photo etch without it becoming brittle? The etch is made by Tamiya. Cheesed off Dave.
  12. Liking the build. Did you have to remove any deck details before fitting the wooden decking??
  13. Hi Jim. Spitfire??
  14. All very nice, just showed the picture of the Bike to my wife, "thats a real one" no its a model "stop messing me about" , then she walked away. So me and the wife think the Yamaha is the nuts, well done.
  15. Very nice indeed, lovely paint finish.
