Muzz
Just making a start on this build as I near the end of my Jag, I've built one before a few years ago but seem to remember reading a post about the best way to fix the wings/LERX etc in place, any advice? Bobski
Just making a start on this build as I near the end of my Jag, I've built one before a few years ago but seem to remember reading a post about the best way to fix the wings/LERX etc in place, any advice? Glue the lower surface of the wings to the fuselage first, then the bottom piece of the LERX. Glue the main LERX piece to the upper surface of the Wing and then the whole upper Wing/LERX assembly to the lower Wing/LERX assembly on the fuselage. Works for me. Oh, and make sure to clue the engine bell-mouth thing (with the engine fan on it) to the front fuselage and then fit it - don't fit it to the main fuselage and then try to make the front fuselage fit as the instructions suggest, as you'll likely find that it won't sit properly and you'll have a problem with the decking piece between the cockpit and the LERX. Muzz
Thanks for that Bobski, I knew I'd read that there was a better way of doing it. Muzz
