Welsh Air Ambulance Decals

This is my first post on here so apologies if this is in the wrong place. 

 

Would anyone happen to have an up to date decal scheme for the Welsh air ambulance.  I'm looking into doing Revell's 1/32 H145

Hello Aaron,

Sorry to say there is nothing to be found from my experience of researching. It is a complex scheme with most of the graphics and lettering in white.

The problem is that the scheme requires a decal making process that will print in white.

Most home producers such as myself use laser or inkjet printers which do not.

It would be an expensive process, for a niche market, to commission a professinal screen printed decal sheet.

A single colour white decal sheet would keep the cost to the minimum but of course you would reqire the artwork to be prepared.

Perhaps there is a commercial opportunity given the number of air ambulance schemes in the UK, but do not hold your breath.

I made a home-made decal in 1/72 of Welsh Air Ambulance G-WAAS in its scheme of around 5 years ago - this scheme https://www.helis.com/database/cn/44932/

I can send you a PDF copy of the decal which you can re-scale to 1/32 if this would help.

I use a chap called Dodgers Decals, he is on Facebook Dodgersdecals 

man’s he does white printed decals and works off pictures and basic dimensions
