Ed Russell
Does anyone have a contact in this society or do they know if it is defunct? I have from the net a PDF of a SAHS document on the Hansa S.5 in Swedish. I would like to translate it into English using a machine translator and clean up the language. Unfortunately the documnt is locked. I have tried every email address os the SAHS sire without a response. I would be surprised if none of them speak English as good as my own if not better. More likely they are all deceased! Any help welcome.
Ed Russell
I received a disturbing email in reply to the above post saying many of the SAHS people were very badly affected by Covid. I have not been able to verify it (no reply from the emailer) but given the Covid situation as it was in Sweden, it seems plausible.
Vingtor
As far as I know, SFF (as it is locally known) is very much up and running. I met several of their members during a conference last October. Have you tried their web site? https://flyghistoria.org/info-pa-andra-sprak/  Nils
Ed Russell
Yes, I have tried web site and emailing every email address they have - no response!
Vingtor
You could try posting on the IPMS Stockholm Forum (https://www.ipmsstockholm.se/phpBB3/). Or you could try emailing some of the FLIT board members (https://www.flyglitteratur.se/kontakt.htm). FLIT is strongly connected to, but independent from SFF. Ed Russell
I am pretty sure if they have not responded to multiple emails they are giving me the finger and are not likely to respond. Assuming the Covid answer was not correct.
