Detail kits for a 1/48 scale kit of a sopworth camel

Can someone please help, I'm looking for a detail kits for a 1/48 scale kit of Sopworth Camel.I recently bought the kit, and l would like to know where l buy it from.

The first question would be which 1/48th Sopwith Camel kit did you buy: Eduard? Revell(Eduard)? Revell(Monogram(Aurora))? SMER? The Eduard Profi-pak kits are already quite detailed and the only thing they really need, which is not included, is rigging wire. As noted, Revell reissued the Eduard kit without the photo-etched details of the Profi-Pak kit. You should be able to get an Eduard detail set for it from Hannants or Eduard directly.

Hi John

Ok, this would be better in the WWI section, not 'ready for inspection' where complete build are posted.   You could PM (private message) a moderator to move it.

 

What kind of detail set, and for what base kit are are you after?    If you photo etch, Eduard are one of the main makers,  they do a Sopwith Camerl in 1/48, and this was also reboxed by Revell.

 

Sorry if this sounds like a lecture,  the site is full of helpful people, but asking the right questions in the right places will help you get a better answer.
