Does anyone know of a supplier of US Army ration boxes that are downloadable from the internet to allow you to print from home?

No, but printed ones from e.g. J's Work are hardly expensive.  It wouldn't be difficult to draw up your own even using very simple drawing tools like those in MS Office applications
