Mine was about £18 in modelzone, most people have them discounted at the moment. Thanks for all the comments, I got the white metal part from ebay, its very good quality. It went on with poly cement ok.

Cheers guys, ive ordered a few updated parts including a metal forward undercrage and some bits from a2zee models. Never used any upgrades before so looking forward to it. I think ive already messed it up though, shouldnt this be flush? http://i25.tinypic.com/3442yyu.jpg

I bought some Tamiya decal solution but it doesnt come with any instructions, do I apply the decal as usual then add a layer of it over the decal?

This is my first time building a kit like this, so do you have any tips? I notice Hannants stock Eduard etched detail kits, are these worth the money?

Doh!! silly me.

Am I using this wrong or is it pants? Its like a very thick paste so I thin it and whether I thin it or not it dries, very very chalky. Paint does stick to it well but the finish is never great.

Thats awesome, how do you get all the detail in, such as the rivets?

Thanks I also heard someone did a 1/6 or 1/8 wheel assembly but its been a long time discontinued. If I find details ill post it here.
