Matt Roberts Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 On ARC this morning Raymond from Lucky Model has said that the new 72nd Sufa is two weeks out from release (Mid-June 2010). http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=210391 Pictures cribbed from Lucky Model webpage Now we have it pointed out that no F-16s can carry the Popeye missile (under left wing) I figure that it is to show the weapons that come with the kit, including the Spice guided bomb, Pythons, 600 Gal fuel tanks and data link pod Price including shipping is $30 USD from Lucky Model http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=KI-K72001
daz greenwood Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Oh! That looks nice I might invest in this as I like Israeli subjects

I'm pretty sure I have pictures of the Sufas taking off heading toward Lebanon with those aboard. I'll have to check my files. And I know I've seen video of those being fired from left wing center stations on F-16s before. Just curious. Steve
Matt Roberts Posted September 2, 2010 Author Posted September 2, 2010 They may have been the 'Baby Popeyes' - the Have Lite missile is a smaller missile than the AGM-142. It is a 2500lb weapon versus the 3000lb AGM-142 Oh yeah, AeroScale has a look at the 72nd Kinetic Polish/Greek Viper today. It is a significantly revised kit - just looking at the sprues in that it is a 'simplified' kit versus the 48th. http://aeroscale.kitmaker.net/modules.php?...le&sid=7431
