doorgunner
Hello I would need some pictures of the us type g-1 and MD-1 seat belt harness used onboard us planes. Any help will be appreciated TIA Maurizio
Smithy
Are you perhaps referring to parachute rather than seat harnesses? The G-1 harness was a component of one of the detachable parachute rigs. I might be wrong but I'm wondering whether you're confusing parachute harness types as aircraft seat harnesses.
doorgunner
Hello and thanks a lot for your kind reply. I am referring to airplane seat harness. I am restoring a ww2 c45f beechcraft and the illustrated part catalogue - at seat belts page - indicate the code I wrote. They seems to be the narrow belts instead of the standard wide ones... Smithy
Sorry I can't help you there but that's interesting that there's a G-1 seatbelt harness. There was also a G-1 harness which was used with the D-1 parachute. Hopefully someone will be along to help. The only thing I can think of doing is getting in touch with someone who has or operates a C-45F and seeing if they can help.
