noelh
Ok I know the fuselage is quite different and so are the engines. But I have a Trumpeter XIV in waiting. It has its flaws. But we can hope that the new Airfix Wellington IA/C will be definitive kit. I wonder is there any reason they can't be combined to produce an excellent XIV. Obviously we don't have the Airfix Wellington yet so we don't know but apart from the fuselage was there any major differences on the originals that might scupper the idea? Any thoughts? Heraldcoupe
The XIV was based on the Mk.X, so Hercules engines where the Mk.1 has Pegasus'. That's not a great starting point I'm afraid, Cheers, Bill.
