Panoz Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 MiG-17PFU was only used by the Soviet AF.The Egyptians operated the MiG-17F & PF variants. You can do a MiG-17PF from the kit that you have if you use part B7 (with the cannon openings) instead of B6 (blank) and you omit parts H1 to H5 (missiles, launch rails & pylons). Years ago I built the SMER 1/48 MiG-17PF using the kit supplied markings for a camouflaged Egyptian Air Force aircraft; I don't know of any similar aftermarket ones. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
