  9. In "direct" response to your "initial" query, I am in the process of building the F3 variant! 13. Just bought this kit, had a quick look at the instructions and like the Hobbyboss kit, the colour schemes am not sure about!!! In particular, landing gears, undercarriage panels - white??? Should they be light grey as per the GR4?? The fuel tanks - are they supposed to be the "Hindenburger types" or the smaller ones usually found on the F3 variant???? And finally, the nose cone?????? Is it me, or is it a bit too pointy??? Answers on a post card............. Regards Steve

  20. It has no doubt been asked a million times here already, but am looking to re-vamp an old Tornado GR1 of mine into an Op Granby variant! What I am after is the Humbrol equivalents for the following: Wheels Undercarriage struts Wheel bays Can anyone recomend whether it is advisable to undercoat the model with the grey/green camo scheme prior to painting with Desert Sand? Have read on various articles that this is advisable, but will it not make the model a slightly darker than necessary shade?? Many thanks in advance! Steve
