Austin K2Y Ambulance, lots of post war conversions done, mainly as civilian Ambulances. as a cab chassis, and streamlined body. the K2YS had a narrower body, So was a bit like the Austin ATV fire truck but with the military pattern wheels. the Austin truck wheels open type had a large offset so twin wheels fitted to the same hub with the offset faceing each other, see Austin ATV lots had the rear body removed and converted to a flatbed truck. As I am not into the photo thing I am unable to post pictures here.
