Fifer54
Here are the rules for the Emergency Services Group Build. The GB hosts are myself and Kev1n, and in the event of any dispute as to the interpretation of the rules, our decision is final. This Group Build is open to models of almost any genre, aircraft, ships/boats, land vehicles are all eligible to be included, as are figures and dioramas. The model must represent equipment or personnel of the Emergency Services, that is, Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service, Coastguard and Mountain Rescue. Foreign emergency services without an exact equivalent in the UK will also be eligible, such as France's Protection Civile or the US Forestry Service. Civilian or military models are eligible. Models may be "real-world" or fictitious. Fictitious models may be from literature or movies/TV. International Rescue counts as an emergency service for this GB. Futuristic emergency service vehicles or personnel from science fiction movies are allowed. "What-ifs" are not permitted. Not eligible:Superheroes and equipment associated with them. You could model a Gotham City Police car, but NOT the Batmobile! If you are in any doubt about your proposed model's eligibilty, contact one of the hosts for a decision. Rebuilds/repaints of diecasts are permitted. Models should not be more than 25% complete at the commencement of the GB.
