This is copied from Pierpaolo's article on my website:

All airframes were repainted in the new standard gray colour that was used from the early 90s to the whole AMI fleet.

Italian AF adopted the all gray camo in 1994 but the very first F-104 so painted was an ASA MM 6721 by ALENIA during June/July 1995 and delivered to IAF December 7th 1995 to 51st wing, coded 51-06. All the ASA-M were painted all gray and few ASA. The official FS was: 36280.
