For anyone building the Airfix 1/48 Buccaneer, you may wish to know this. Parts B13, B14 and B27 make up a module to hold the nose weight, specified as 15g. Having just measured it, if you fill it to the brim with a product called "Liquid Gravity", which is sold by De-Luxe Materials, that is exactly 15g. I wonder if Airfix planned it that way or whether it's just coincidence. Anyway, whichever it is, knowing this may save you having to measure it, as it will me when I come to do my RAF example.

This probably is not new, but I discovered it by accident really. By dipping the end of a piece of fishing line in some paint, I was able to add the smallest dots of colour to add detail to cockpit control panels etc. The shorter the piece of line, the more control I seemed to have.

Newbie question - despite having a good time removing and sanding each piece, so far... Should I have removed every piece from the sprue beforehand or left them on there to prime and paint first? How do you hook a completed track onto the tank? Is there a trick to it? Thank you👍🏻
