Looks like an old thread, but I was googling for tips about photo etch flaps. Here are a couple of tips for working with small fiddly bits. 1) a moistened 000 paint brush is great for picking up small parts. 2) varnish is good for fixing small parts in place. I find it more precise than superglue and easier to work with.
