Olivier .... the tube used is a prototypical "brass" - and had an external diameter of 1.1mm not sure what the internal measurement is but it comfortably takes wire of 0.35mm with a plastic sleeve of .75mm, results in a nice visual arrangement that doesn't look too bad at all - but of course may not be prototypically accurate.

Olivier - it really couldn't be simpler.   ............. it is just appropriate sized tubing, crimped (crushed) at the end, drilled, and then filed neatly around the hole. Once you're happy with the result cut the tube with about 2mm of the tube plus the crimped end.

This then placed over the spark plug and joined to your ignition wire.

My utmost apologies for not being able to translate this into French - I will try the translator I use.

Olivier - il ne pourrait pas être plus simple. .. c'est juste un tube de taille appropriée, sertis (concassé) à la fin, percés, puis déposée soigneusement autour du trou. Une fois que vous êtes satisfait du résultat couper le tube à environ 2 mm du tube plus la fin.

Ce serti puis placé sur la bougie et s'est joint à votre câble d'allumage.

Les excuses de mon mieux pour ne pas être en mesure de traduire cela en français - je vais essayer le traducteur que j'utilise.
