Beg Your pardon.now .realise the area behind the pilot was being discussed . I assume the cockipit to end behind the pilots seat ..would this be common on the majority of British WW2 planes please Edgar ?

A bit confused as surely the cockpit interior on the site above is green ? Very helpful site I may add . I wonder if Any forum member has built the 1/24th scale Airfix Spitfire Vb as I told there are issues fitting the wings correctly ? Thanks in advance , Stephen ..

Im a bit confused regarding the above ? Are these masks used in laying out a camouflage scheme or am I mistaken ? I am hoping to find out the best method for this please ? I will be using an airbrush . Thanks in advance , Steve..

I wonder if a forum member might have the above please ? The reason is I purchased the items for this engine seperately from my 1/24th scale Spitfire vb & I didnt think to ask Airfix to supply the diagram as I expected it to be similar to the original engine boxed with My kit with slightly more detail ..in fact there is a great deal more to it & I had planned to assemble this item over the weekend . If Anyone cares to post this information or wishes My email address I would be very happy to supply it ..otherwise I think I may have another fortnight to wait for Airfix . Hello forum members , Hope not to be considered too impolite if I introduce Myself ? My name is Stephen , I live in Preston , Lancashire , I am attempting My first model build in many years ! I am a time served welder having worked in the nuclear industry , My other passion is classic British Motorcycles . I am working on a 1/24th scale Spitfire VB by "Airfix" . Having searched this great site & using the picture posted I am trying to make a really good job adding as much detail as possible . I am keen to source decals for the propellor blades ( without success upto now ) , if Anyone can help I would be most grateful ? Thanks in advance , Steve ..
