Security in Internet Explorer stops dialog boxes

Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) comes out of the box with a few annoying security features enabled which stuff up some of the fun aspects of the forum's software. For example, if you click on the Image or Link buttons in your posting window, and get a yellow bar telling you that IE has blocked a scripted window, that's going to get quite annoying after a while.

The fix is simple however:

From IE7's menu, click tools > Internet Options

Choose the Security tab

Click the Custom Level button

Scroll down the list of options to to Allow Websites to prompt for information using scripted window option

click allow, then ok

Job done
