    There are no traces of Zimi on my Su-34 kit. It is Kitty Hawk everywhere. The only differences are plastic color and 3D printed engine nozzles instead of resin in the old kits.

    Russian post is still sending stuff everywhere almost as nothing happened. Takes about 3 weeks to get to US.

    They had the first batch yet in January.

    I have only Su-34 reissued kit so far so all my statements are based on it. Plastic seems to be very similar by its physical properties, color is gray instead of beige. So overall it is pretty much the same kit with no improvements. Not better and not worse.

    KH is not but molds have been bought by Zimi models which resumed production. So qute a few KH kits are available again. They look exactly the same as the old ones but plastic is different.

    Yes, this is the second batch, they had a bunch of KH kits earlier this year. I've got myself Su-34 which is definitely new production (grey plastic).

    Probably not. According to Russian tax authority (https://egrul.nalog.ru/) its' 25% is owned by Austrian Jason Handels GmbH and other 75% by few ordinary people. I cannot trace their connection to MoD.
