malcolmlaird
Hello, Hoping for a little expert input from members. I'm working on a decal sheet of black with white outline serials for inter-war era RAF aircraft. It seems that styles varied between manufacturers and 8" plus white white outline was the most common size. However I seem to be coming across some serials of 8" including the white outline and read reports of 6" high serials. The method I'm using to create number styles is to line up the rudders of a given type and decide what style variations are worth including. Here is an example. http://www.thescale.info/siskin.jpg The link above is best copied and pasted rather than clicked. Before printing these decals I wonder if any members have comments about sizes and variations that THEY would like covered. Thanks in advance, Malcolm Laird Ventura Publications Edited August 26, 2015 by malcolmlaird
