Who doesn't like a funky 70's style custom van? 🙂 According to Scalemates this was first issued as the 'Chevy Rescue Van (T-516)' in 1971 and has been reissued under various guises since. This is the 2012 reissue with artwork and decals by Dirty Donny Gillies. P1070860 by timothy jones, on Flickr It comes with not one, but two decal sheets full of 70's style custom artwork. There's probably enough on here for five vans so there will be plenty of spares. Dale Earnhardt, seven times Winston Cup champion, was best known for his uncompromising driving style and black Goodwrench sponsored cars but for the 1998 The Winston all star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway his car more a special one off livery of gold and black with additional sponsorship from Bass Pro Shops, a retailer of fishing, hunting and camping equipment. Unfortunately his race only lasted nine laps as, along with John Andretti he crashed out after skidding on some fluid dropped by the car of Darrell Waltrip.
