I may not be a drunken sailor... yet. But after this build I may want to be. Ok, this is so far past out of my comfort zone I'll have to take a train ship just just to get BACK to Out of my Comfort Zone. 1. It's been almost 60 years since I last build a ship of any kind let alone a Big honking one. 2. 1/72 may be the "Gentleman's Scale" it's not mine. But then I ain't a Gentleman neither. 3. I now have to re-arrange some shelving to put this when done and make even MORE room to build this while doing 2 extremely large Bombers out in the main Aircraft build area plus assorted other GB's at present. in other words.... @AdrianMF!!! I blame you So lets see what we have to work with shall we.... I still have to get a wooden base and some paint but that shouldn't be an issue out of the gate.. Making enough room to build will but follow along if you dare. Pay no attention to the sea shantys. Sea shantys ? (say that ten times as fast as you can with out messing up) broadcasting while the build progresses. All comments and what not will definitely be welcomed. So Anchors Aweigh!- 89 replies
