I like 1/72 aircraft (mostly) along a few specific themes:

• European subjects from March 1938 (
  Anschluss
  ) to September 1940 (Battle of Britain)
  
  
  • especially from the Norwegian Campaign and the Winter War
    
    
  [*]RCAF subjects from about 1955 to 1969
  [*]Dutch New Guinea 1960-62, Rhodesia (1960s), Congo Crisis (1959-1964), and others.

Besides scale modelling, I like reading (history, social commentary, and theology), watching old movies, and keeping freshwater aquaria.

I am educated as a mechanical engineer. After working many years in the aerospace field I am teaching math and science at a college.
