"Mriya" Ugh. Sometimes I wonder about me. When I first started this, oh those many years ago, I had some references, but I seem to have lost them. The references are much appreciated. Right now I'm trying to cast the 7 main landing gear as one piece. I have half the mold done. There's a storm rolling through so I'll have to wait a couple days now. I'd like to start a WIP thread, but knowing my luck, it would never get finished. Thanks again for the help. Cheers!!

I have been "working" on this conversion for 6 years. I bought a pair of 124s back in 2010 with the intention of doing a conversion kit. Well...life interrupted and I'm just now finally get back to it. I had run across a thread by jacksdad. Unfortunately, his pics are unavailable. Looks like he hasn't been around in a while. Hopefully, someone will be able to help me. As of right now, I don't know where they (Antonov) inserted the extensions. Barring further information, I'll try to decide for myself. I'm doing this with the thought of making a resin mod kit. We'll see though. Life has a way of making you take the road unknown. A good friend and coworker in Virginia has posted quite a bit on here. wish i could remember his forum name. anyway.....hopefully this will be that start...and completion....of something great. (ps....i did a search on an-225 and 255, but didn't get any results. )
