Notdoneyet
Just completed this for the D-Day Group Build. It's the ICM 1/48 Spitfire IXc (an early "unbuildable" boxing with "sink marks everywhere" ). Added bits from Ultracast and Eduard and decals from the Watermark Canadian D-Day Spitfires sheet. This was my first ICM Spitfire and it went together very easily, the aforementioned sink marks being filled with CA and sanded smooth in 5 minutes ....... Build thread is here for those interested in the gory details. Anyhoo, on to the photos, comment and critique welcomed as always. Thanks for looking. Mark
Great looking Spit!! Now does a man need anymore inspiration than that to start on his own collection of ICM unbuildable Spits? I think I've got four of them!
