AnonymousAA72
Is it any good Bill..............Ed I dunno Ed, there's only a photo of the "real" XR725/"BA" in the catalogue. I'd say though that IF its made to the standards of their Crusader then that would be a resounding "Oh Yes!!". There's no indication of a release date in the catalogue though......(certainly wasn't picked up in the magazine's this month.......).

Ian
Well, IF it IS to the standard of their recent stuff in 1:72 - SB2C, Crusader etc - then I'm with Uncle Bill.... we have good reason to celebrate. Until it's seen in the flesh, though, let's not get too carried away..... having said that, when I get home in a coupla days, I'll be checking through my stockpile of Modeldecal sheets ! Col.
Well come on guys, did you not wonder why Revell were reissing the old Frog kit? By which I take it you mean they tried to get one last shot out of the moulds before something better came along and relegated them for good? thx6667
Its like a bus.. Gawd I hope not - the ones around here are always late and hideously overpriced! But unlike the busses, we have a choice of Lightning's, eh Mrs Thatch? My name is Ben Elton, goodnight
Tim
Think Jonathan has a good point there - hope Revell weren't being that cynical though but it would explain their shameful act. Of course, this means that as they also re-popped the old Shackleton, there must be a load of new Shackleton kits on the way too... I won't hold my breath! Nev
Like Bill and Ian, my first thought was "their Crusader was pretty good" Let the Battle of the Lightnings begin!
Armadillos
Did somebody mention Shackletons? I`d like a nice 1:72 AEW 2 please! I think the biggest question is which Lightning kit do you go for now? Then maybe could people produce a new tool Javelin perhaps?

Giorgio N
Did somebody mention Shackletons? I`d like a nice 1:72 AEW 2 please!I think the biggest question is which Lightning kit do you go for now? If the kits from the 3 companies will all be good, then no problem: as I need at least an F.1, an F.2A, an F.3 and 2 F.6 then I will buy a few of each !!!
