AnonymousAA72
Oooh nice. What's the size difference like between the kit wheels and the Aeroclub replacements? I'll have to measure them...The Revell wheels appear to be a bit too small in diameter. Basically (and I could of course be wrong here...) but the nose gear looks as if its been based on the old Matchbox kit - even including the notched area on the top of the leg! It could also be that they've used the Matchbox kits main wheels as well - these were one of that kits plus points! The set includes white metal versions of the Revell kits main leg units....... AnonymousAA72
Well......The FGA9 is ALMOST there.....she just needs a bit of paint here & there, a few extra decals, A SNEB/Matra Rocket pod or two on the outer pylons (or maybe an asymetric load of SNEB & CBLS) and a nice FLAT coat of varnish - and she's done!! Cheers Bill. Decisions, decisions...! If the difference is not visually noticeable I'd be tempted to just use the kit items - guess I'll find out when I build it!
