richellis
Braathens SAFE “Olympiaflyet” Boeing 737-500 decal sheet. 1:144 decals from Lima November. The Boeing 737 is a narrow body twin engine medium range aircraft that first flew in 1967 and remains in production today, the 737 has found a home with both military and civil operators around the world. Since the first flight in 1967 the 737 has been continually improved over the years and the 737-500 is part of the classic range of 737s and is available from Skyline DACO, or a converted Minicraft kit, and instructions on this conversion are included on the instructions for the decals. Braathens SAFE was founded in 1946 with its headquarters in Oslo Norway. During 1994 Norway hosted the winter Olympic Games at Lillehammer, and Braathen, as a sponsor of the games, painted one of their 737s in a special Olympic livery. The decals come on a single sheet, and have the option for 2 of the special liveries worn by LN-BRJ. As you expect from Lima November they are of a very high quality and very comprehensive. The instructions have some colour painting and decal placement instructions with some colour pictures of the airliner, and a bit of history. Conclusion Once again from Lima November a very high quality comprehensive sheet for a colourful Braathens 737. I wonder what they will come up with next!
