Kevin Callahan
Another completion in the postwar Brit fighter mini-project. Not much to say about construction drama - which is a good thing! - but you'll need to be careful of the rear fuselage seam and the two seams directly aft of the exhausts. It turns out that you can install the pipes after the fuselage is together, thereby allowing you to fill and sand the seam prior to doing that. I cheated a bit on the markings. I used an old Modeldecal sheet, which is actually for a Seahawk F1 (the kit is an FGA6). I couldn't find any external physical differences between the two variants, and I know I can always depend on Dick Ward's color notations. Generally a pleasant enough modelling experience. More details, of course, on the 72 Land blog referenced below.

canberraman
A very fine result. Nice to see a finished Hobbyboss Sea Hawk and the markings look good. Certainly seems to be step up from the earlier Airfix and Frog Sea Hawk offerings. Mark
Vulcanicity
Good job, I think it's a cracker of a kit having built one myself, and you've certainly done it justice.

Kevin Callahan
Thanks all. I can say that it is a kit that has good fit and detail. Any problems were mine and not Hobbyboss'.
