Panoz
Posted today on ACIG.org forums, a reply from Crecy to a request for the supplementary files to Dan Hagedorn's 2006 book: "In view of the fact that we can no longer hold the files on our website, and would prefer that others do not hold them, we are happy to send copies to customers requesting them. Would it be possible to forward any requests and we’ll deal with them immediately. Yours Mrs Gill Richardson [email protected]" I've just emailed them and hopefully they will send the files. Just thought it would be of some use, given that the files had been unavailable for almost two years. Edited October 7, 2011 by andyjim

Panoz
Ah, the joys of modern technology. Guess why some people prefer traditional books. And just to think that when this book was published, the concept was applauded by various people in some forums as being "groundbreaking"...
