denstore
Nice choice again. The Sherman is classic weapon of the pacific.

Antoine
Nice idea, Andy. A PTO Sherman suits me well, I thought about building one myself, but the choice is quite difficult among different dragon marks.
smuts
Hi guys, got the lower hull & suspension all built up & sprayed Gunz H78 with RLM 66 for the rubber road wheels.... upper hull all done bar the pioneer tools & primed with Halfords grey.. & fixed in place just got the fenders to put on haven't decided whether to ust the PE ones yet!.. only possible drawback being the bloody DS tracks if past experience shows through ( panther/ Ferdinhand) the bloody things won't fit Andy
Derbyeomanry
Use the etch fenders - theyre pretty good - simple to blend to shape. Ive never had any problems with the Sherman tracks, though use a thicker cement to join them - I found the super thin stuff a bit too strong for them. You can cement a thin strip of polystyrene sheet across the join to beef it up. Theyve always been fine length wise. Neil
Bertie McBoatface
I know very little about AFVs so it's difficult for me to make a sensible comment here. It's nice to see the land conflict getting a mention though. Will you build it into a diorama or have it standing alone?

Bertie McBoatface
I'm no expert on tanks, just not my thing really. However, it looks pretty good to me. Your painting seems to suggest size and weight somehow. Edited December 10, 2011 by per ardua ad ostentationem
