Osher
Two models from the erstwhile JB Models. A Saracen, and an M113. The Saracen has gone together lovely, except for the rear panel which needed filler around all the edges. However, it was easy to do. The M113 was first assembled with Revell Contacta, but literally, the cement didn't, just brittled on the surface. A quick rub with my finger, and my almost assembled M113 was now a bag of parts again! A tad difficult to get the upper hull to sit on the 'filling' thence the lower hull. Finally managed it, with the help of plenty of cement and a clamp. Actual fit wasn't too bad, just some filler around the front edge, where the two hulls marry. Osher
The Saracen died... The machine gun lost it's barrel, and, as I was in the process of attaching a rear support, it pinged off into the netherworld. Decided to whack on a coat of paint (black-green), and give it to my Godson to play with/destroy on Christmas Day.
