xx308 Memorial Project has begun

well i have eventually started up to now all i have done is build the kit seats and add eduard etch (sorry about the photos)

Hi Mark, The aircraft lost by the Reds was XX179, XX308 was seen departing Hurn on the 28th August.

Red depart Hurn for home on the 28th Aug.

But you can still make 308 if you fancy it.

thanks shaun, yep i was aware it was 179, but i intend to carry on with 308 as according to offical publications 308 was assigned to the RED 4 role and its featured in this years reds bookley with him as well

thanks Col, the pressure of doing this for such a cause is a nightmare i have spent 4 times the time on the seats as i normally do but its been well worth it as i said in the other thread, all being well this will be on permenant display at RAF Waddinton Viewing area know to us a the WAVE! john has kindly agreed to display it as a small memorial
