Radleigh
Hi all.. I need some help/advice.. I'm toying with the idea of building a 1/12th scale Land Rover 110, and build it up as an 'overlander'. Can anyone point me in the right direction, on how to get drawings etc.. I've no idea where to start. Would contacting Land Rover be any good? Sounds obvious but... Thanks in advance! Okdoky
Hi there Radleigh You could look on these drawings to see the quality, They are quite good as a start. http://www.the-blueprints.com/blueprints/cars/landrover/ You might have to register first but is a great resource with loads of scale drawings. There is always the Haynes Manuals that you might be able to pick up as E-bay items for photos and part breakdown details for the 110. Hope of some use. I could probably sculpt it first off and make a mould then go from there?! I know a company that might let me study a chassis..Got alot of thinking to do.
