phat trev
Would it be ok to decant Klear and store in jam jars? I want to make a storage shelf for my paints and varnishes and do not want to put the whole bottle up there. Also it would be easier to work from smaller containers. jacksdad
Yes. Yes. Steve It's what I do. I also have a take away tray that I use as the bath for doing canopies. Edited June 9, 2011 by jacksdad64

Paul-H
Mind you if you are that way inclind, from a legal point of view, No you are not supposed to do that. Non food substances are not allowed to be stored in Food containers and Jam Jars are food containers, but if you don't tell anyone we won't either. Karl
I've got six small air-brush paint jars that I have a selection of turps / white spirit and thinners in - I keep the jars in a small plastic box for portability. One of my jars has Klear in it - and that little bit lasts me for ages! Karl

Silver Fox
I decant mine into old fashioned 35mm film containers. One lasts about a year.
