I have to say that when I started this kit I was disappointed in a lot of things about it. There were even times when I thought about putting it back in the pile forever. I do wonder how much of that was born of the negative press that it received and my getting sucked in by that. However, the more I got into it the more I started enjoying the build. It isn't the perfect kit, far from it, but it is good in assembly if not shape. Choosing a paint job that used more patience, masking tape, paint jars and time than any other kit, I think, I've ever built added to the mix and a deadline rapidly approaching caused some midnight hours to be burnt. This is the result though: - The last picture before gluing all the last odd bits on and giving it a matt coat And the last few pictures before this thread is officially over, the rest in the finished gallery.
