Traffic is on the increase & plans for future expansion include a parallel runway & additional terminal building. All way into the future though All of these shots were taken from the spectator balcony. Thanks to the BAA of course that facility is gone for good!! There's no view airside from the terminal at all unless you are in the departure lounge. And that is out of bounds unless you are a bona fide traveller!!
