Hi am in the process of building the revell mars kit but want to do it as a british unit, is the british one more like the german or american version?

Ihave found one walk around M270 but could do with some more pics

any tips, advise, help is greatly appreciated

No problem at all

Not sure the type of tracks in the Revell kit but the Dragon Version is of course US version.

I amended them to the British Type using the AFV Big Foot tracks which have the separate rubber pads.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

Looks like the Revell tracks are the early version used in the US.

If you look at my link on Milmod above you will see the differences in the track pad shape etc as used on late US and Brit versions of the MLRS.

The tracks included in the Revell MARS kit are the Nato style Diehl tracks as used by the German forces as seen in the photos below:

The British M270 MLRS runs on the later US style tracks like the AFV Club "Big Foot" tracks as can be seen here:
