Jasonb13
Hi there... I've my eye on the Revell 1:144 Tu-95 Bear, so put me down for that please! Just one thing, this thread says this GB starts on the 26th Jan, but the GB Calendar says the 26th Feb. Just wondering which it is? Thanks... J. Bonhoff
I'm in. Probably with a Minicraft Lancaster, the sprues look fairly accurate does anyone know different? Built one last year - Engine nacelles are wider than the bits they attach to on the wings, main wheels look too narrow and no cockpit detail but it still looks like a Lancaster. Bonhoff, Thanks for the information, the nacelles sound fixable, I've a plan for the cockpit / canopy, looking a the sprues the wheel do look too narrow. Does anyone know if the a-model Lancaster wheels are any better? (And would be willing to sell a spare pair)

Bonhoff
I've a plan for the cockpit / canopy, Think Matador Models do a cockpit for the Lanc - I just painted the inside of my cockpit glazing black.

Paul J
I have a few ideas for my possible builds now. Among them are: CMR Martin Mars ( to accompany my already built one) Revell Lightning F6 ???? Boeing CC-137 Not all though depending on how long the bigger ones will take. Bonhoff
The Lightning's a nice one - I built one a while ago. Only issue I had was that the ejection seat headrest needed trimming slightly so that the canopy would fit.
