Mike
More Mirage F1 questions - the clear panel in the port intake. Is that always a spotlight, and what's it there for? Pic pinched from an ARC Walkaround
Antoine
Sky police, Mike. Identification purpose during an interception. The F-1 was first and foremost an interceptor. But references will still be needed, as I don't think the Libyans really bother about aircraft they might intercept. And not so sure about this light present on an aircraft designed for ground work. Rowan Broadbent
I was going to say that I thought I'd included those decals when I sold that lot to you at Telford 200 years ago (well, you stole it from me, if I remember the price right.... ) Love to see it built - one of my fave "fighter jets"! Good luck! R
