MODeller Posted March 20, 2011 Share Posted March 20, 2011 Hi All, I have recently finished this little gem of a kit, the Italeri/Esci 1/48 Kiowa which was an enjoyable build all the way. A couple of extra aerials added but basically an OOB build. Camo was applied section by section and masked with White Tak to give a feathered edge, paints used were Mr. Hobby Aqueous and Revell Aqua, decals from the spares box. I was inspired by the Red Roo book " Kiowa in Australian service" which I managed to get hold of at Yeovilton two years ago and can be fully recommended.
